also new art very soon so yuh

Hey everyone!

i hope that life has been treating everyone here very well (im doing well myself just so you know)

anyways, you probably read the tile and probably thought "huh, why are you moving accounts when you just started uploading your artwork a couple of days ago", i would explain in detail but the green text i sent in the NGF discord is easier to understand, so basically

>mfw i got unscouted and idk the reason why it even happened

initially, i thought that i was unscouted mainly because of the fact that my art was showing up under "undiscovered artists" when i made mention of this in the NGF discord server, someone was kind enough to try to scout me again though the strange thing is that they couldnt see the scout button on my any of my artwork at all and it wasnt just them either, i asked other people in the server if they could see the scouting button at all and according to them, its not there either.

i wanted to get to the bottom of this, so i went and contacted Tom Fulp to try and see what was going on with my scouting status, i got a response back with him saying that i was scouted by "unknown" which probably meant that the person that scouted me deleted their account or something of the sort, anyhow he was kind enough to unscout my account so that people could be able to scout me again, turns out that it didnt work either becasue the same couple of people plus a bunch of others do not see the scouting button on their end once again, and so i contacted Tom again and he told me that he even doesn't see it either, he then told me that he would check tomorrow to see if nothing changes.

Come the next day, and nothing has pretty much changed since yesterday, i contacted tom again and this time i pointed out how despite the fact i was "unscouted" i somehow still have my ability to scout other people and maybe that is the reason why people dont see the scouting button on their end, tom then responded by saying that im pretty much stuck in some sort of scouting Limbo and that he is going to send in one of the devs to check on the database to see what is going on, its been a couple of days and there has yet to be any sort of progress on the situation. Im hoping that it gets resolved eventually but this really makes me feel demotivated to post my artwork on NG if it isnt going to show up on the portal for other people to see and the fact that i cant even be scouted at all feels demotivating as well.

Either way, until it gets resolved on this account i seriously have no other choice but to move onto a new account and post my artwork there until this entire thing gets resolved on my main, its probably a bit too extreme but i really do not have any other choice if your account is stuck on a scouting limbo of sorts and there isn't much you can do but wait until it gets resolved eventually which is honestly just :/
